I don't know about you, but I am very slow to wake up in the morning. It usually takes around an hour and a few cups of coffee before I feel like getting ready for the day...but I'm slowly starting good habits to change that! Recently, I started practicing a sequence of yoga moves known as the Sun Salutation each morning. I started out with one and am now up to four each morning and it really does wake me up for the day. I printed out the stick figure chart above to help me get started and thought I would share this simple good habit with you today, just in case you're having trouble getting started on this Monday morning.
