I was doing some meal planning over the weekend and stumbled onto a new favorite site: Stone Soup. The site is all about minimalist home cooking: reducing the number of ingredients, the amount of equipment, the number of steps involved and the time we spend in the kitchen to a minimum so we can focus what’s important. Now, cooking a meal that takes a long time in the kitchen is something I love to do for good measure, but most of the time, I want delicious, satisfying, healthy meals that are quick, so that I don't have to resort to convenience foods. I love the idea behind stone soup, and there is a free e-cookbook on the site, bursting with 5 ingredient + 10 minute recipes. What fun!
