Good Habits :: Mini-Size Me

In today's food market, it's all too easy to maximize the amount of food we eat while minimizing its health benefits. So, for my second good habit for good measure, I've started to make mini versions of our family's favorites. I've learned that if I make a full-sized loaf of quick bread, it disappears in a day, but if I make a few mini loaves, only one of them disappears the first day and the others can be frozen for later. Simple, right?
